2004 NCAA Division 3 All American  -  Hunter College

A two-sport star at Hunter College, Cliff Medina earned All-American honors on the mat for the Hawks with an 8th place finish in the 133-pound weight class of the 2004 NCAA Division 3 National Championships.  For his career, Medina posted a 90-33 record, and was a 2-time champion at the Oneonta Wrestling Tournament.

Medina's collegiate accomplishments went well beyond the mat.  In addition to being a champion pole vaulter for Hunter, he was twice named as an NWCA Academic All-American.

Wrestling for Brick Township, Medina had a solid senior year campaign, winning titles at the Region 6 and District 23 tournaments, and finishing in 5th place at 119 pounds at the state tournament.
